Real estate transactions involve legal agreements, documentation, and approvals. Once a property is purchased, booked, or leased, refunds are not applicable. This includes:
✔ Advance booking amounts for property reservations
✔ Full or partial payments made toward property purchases
✔ Brokerage and consultation fees

Exceptions:

  • If the transaction is canceled due to legal complications from the seller’s side, a refund may be processed as per the contract terms.
  • Refunds for home loans or financial transactions are subject to bank and lender policies.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Agreement Signing: If a buyer cancels the deal before signing any agreement, partial refunds may be considered based on pre-agreed terms.
  • After Agreement Signing: Once a sale agreement or contract is signed, cancellations may lead to forfeiture of advance payments.

3. Refund on Service Charges & Fees

✔ Property Consultancy Fees: Non-refundable once services are availed.
✔ Legal & Documentation Fees: Non-refundable after processing of legal paperwork.
✔ Loan Processing Fees: Refundable only if rejected by the bank or financial institution.
